SEI8 Popping

Brand new SEI8, i5-8279, 16GB, Windows 11 Pro. As others have noted here without response, and on Amazon reviews, this product produces popping sounds through speakers connected via the audio out jack.

The pops most frequently occur when opening or closing programs. Cross talk and interference on the audio bus from another data pipe in the system?

Bee-Link, please respond with troubleshooting ideas and fixes, unless this is a hardware design flaw that can't be corrected with a configuration change or software/firmware update.

Check whether the audio interface is normal.
And please send the image of SN code on the back of machinefor us. We need to check the version and send the driver file for you.
