I have read through the forums and there is a mention of a BIOS update to enable TPM2.0.
The support website and the forums do not link to this BIOS update.
Can someone post the BIOS update as a link for everyone to benefit from?

using linux, my BIOS reports as v5.13 with a date of 10/17/2020

I believe there are multiple versions of BIOS depending on your exact hardware.  Write a request for the updated BIOS to Bee-Link support at support-pc@bee-link.com and they will ask you for some photos of your mainboard to check its version and of some of the other chips.  When they receive that, they will give you a link to the proper BIOS for your unit.  That's what they did for me.

well, it's been 5 days since I responded to their request for pictures of the motherboard and serial number... so I sent them a reminder email... and... it's Chinese New Year... guess I wont hear back until February now.

Our office will close for the Chinese New Year Holiday on January 25th and will resume business as usual on February 8th .

they finally wrote me back today, February 1st with a link to the BIOS.
I will try it out tonight and respond back tomorrow to let you know if this enabled my TPM.

so I chose the EFI boot option, since I'm running linux, instead of the Windows binary.
it launched startup.nsh without issue and found a winbond flash chip:  W25Q128FW
After it finished programming, doing ctrl-alt-del did not see to "reboot" the box.  So I power cycled it instead.
There was roughly a 2 minute wait during the next boot cycle while the BIOS seemed to be initializing.
The TPM menu was now available within the BIOS.

What I find amusing is that the version number didn't change, but the date did:
From 10/17/2020 to 10/10/2021

If you can't find the BIOS update online, it might be worth reaching out to the manufacturer's customer support. Provide them with your current BIOS version and the issue you're facing.
