Ihave an SEi8 running Windows 10. Per Windows power settings, the computer goesto sleep after 1 hour. When asleep, mouse or keybaord activity does not wakethe computer up. How can I configure the computer so that mouse or keybaordactivity wakes it up?
Since the power to the USB port at the back of the machine stops when the SEi8 is in hibernation, you cannot wake up from sleep via the keypad, you can plug the keypad into the USB port at the front of the machine and wake up from hibernation.

Thanks, this works! It didn't occur to me to try the keyboard in a front USB port because my mouse (wireless) was already plugged into one of the front USB ports and it wasn't able to wake up the computer. However, the keyboard in one of the front USB ports can.
