Hello,
I'm currently in the process of preparing and deploying a total of 19 of your Sei8 i5-8279U Mini PCs (purchased from Amazon) to remote locations throughout my enterprise. I will be imaging all of the devices with Windows 11. Later on in 2021, we will be deploying more of these devices to our main office, as well. We already have licensing on Windows 11 so are good there.
Everything appears to be in order after imaging the devices, except in Device Manager I am seeing an issue with "Multimedia Audio Controller" showing up under "Other Devices." Windows 11 is showing NO audio output devices, even with speakers/headphones plugged into the available 3.5" aux port.
I installed all of the drivers listed on the Bee-link Support site for this device and have updated the device via Windows Update.
Any guidance or acknowledgment that the issue is being addressed would be appreciated. We are very excited about replacing huge, bulky workstations in our Program Area and main offices with these nifty little devices!
Yours truly,
Mark Bell
