GT-King Pro all USB not working. Help, Help, Help !!!

I have a GT-King Pro with firmware (Build Number) 919P0, after a factory reset all USB port become not working at all. Any usb device plug into the USB port can't be detected. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hello, what is the SN code on the bottom of your TV box? We know the SN code in order to give you the corresponding firmware, or you can check the support page of GT-King Pro and find the corresponding firmware version in the support page.

You can flash by downloading the latest fw and unzip it, then go to OTA update (for some strange reason it doesn't actually find a new update even though there is one)
You get to that by going to Settings > Droid Settings > More Settings > System > System Update

Once in there you can search for an OTA update, if there isn't one you can then go to the 3 small dots top right corner > Local Update > then search for your unzipped fw folder, then select the zip file inside the folder > Install Now

The system will then should do the update.

The support here and site itself is all very very poor, Beelink take weeks to respond to any post.

Dear simplex & James,

You can try to update your firmware using usb burning tool.
By the way can you boot your device using sd (coreelec) and does usb ports works under Coreelec.
If so that means it is totally a software issue, if it does not work under coreelec too then it is a harware problem. Beelink must change your device due to hardware failure.
