Since several power cuts and one attempted update the unit will no longer power off even when pressing the power button for 30 seconds. The unit only switches off when disconnected to power main but the lamp switches back on even when leaving it off power for more than 30 minutes. Pressing power button has no effect. Anything that can be done to rescue data stored, reset the unit?
