Recently we found a small batch of the SEI8 lost the audio driver, which could affect the audio output by earphone. If you just coincidentally met the SEI8 audio issue, please contact us with SN code on the product back side and download the audio driver .

While it’s installed, just select playback device when connecting to earphone.
