Screen is flashing and flickering after OTA updating

I OTA updated the FIRMWARE with 918PO_WOL_BT Since then I have had an issue with the picture dropping out randomly. For a small second I get a flash of static grey background and maybe a flash of colour before it goes black for a second and then the picture shows again ok. This might not happen until the box has been on for an hour but once it happens, it happens frequently. Sometimes every 10 or so seconds. Mine is SN: SA9HHQCF70054 beelink gt king pro

Put the power adapter in the bin and buy a proper power adapter. That will solve your problem

All Android Tv Box power supplies are rubbish no matter what brand, they only last a few weeks at best, and cause all sorts of 'odd' problems.
