no Ethernet just wifi!?

just got my beelink GT1 today and boot it up when i plug in my ethernet cable nothing happens i go into settings it only shows wifi ethernet doesn't even show up in the settings so i go to friends house to use his wifi i update the GT1 to the lastest firmware and still the same promlem no ethernet just wifi but i don't have wifi at my place just hard wired

So I tried to BURN:
old firmware: 111MO -> update to 113MO
the ethernet problem is always here

I tried to BURN:
different firmware: nano version: Nano Nexus
the ethernet problem is always here

I tried to BURN new firmare: 707NO
the ethernet problem is always here


So I think that the problem is HARDWARE and not SOFTWARE...
Maybe only the version with AP6255 wifi ?

I think I return the box tv...
I don't wont to live with this  BUG

got it working had to factory reset the box 5 times in a row till it finally decided to work

I found the same problem too but to factory reset...oh my, then all my stuff gone!!!

yeah it sucks loosing all your data but luckily i just got it yesterday so i had no data on it but it worked let's hope they fix it in a upcoming update

I see that 99% the ethernet not work when I power on the GT1

I have to reboot every time... and only after a reboot the ethernet start to work

This morning after 4 reboot it not start to work... but I power off and power on again and it start to work

It seems something hardware... not software ...

Have you solved with factory reset ?
