unexpected crashes after windows update

Hello,

since I received this mini PC at the end of last year (8GB RAM and 256 GB HDD) and completed the Windows 10 Pro installation I then started to use it, adding some programs like Chrome and already had crashes (blue screen with "memory managemnt"). after many test, updates and others I isolated the problem in the memory module, probably not completly healty.
anyway I then wanted to do a clean install and finding the proper image and tool from Beelink I did it, also if had to repeat after a memory fails during the install.
since then I then installed the updated and the rest and for couple of weeks it worked fine.
then since the windows automatically installed the newer update in february, it started to crash again regularly (not always from the memory).
at the time the "sfc /scannow" in cmd gave many errors but now it's clear. so I thought the memory isn't a problem anymore..
I also tried to unistall the updates but didn't worked.

anyway my question here is if this is happen only to me or to other with this product too? did someone find a solution, or are these kind of mini pc doomed with windows 10 (which seems not properly made for this CPU and board..).

If Windows Memory Diagnostic says you have issues, then you have a defective unit. Bad memory can result in many different issues, including file corruptions and crashes. I would run diagnostics on the hard drive and see if that's also of an issue.

Have you tried to return the last version of windows？
Could it solve the problem？

Hi,

I have bought one year ago a T45, running fine. But since a windows update few day ago, I'm experiencing also random blue screen crash (UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP).

I ran a memory test, no issues found. The mini-pc can smoothly for hours, and then crash/reboot several times while being idle.

This is quite frustrating. I'm using it for astrophotography session overnight... It ruined few session :(

So, my mini on startup, I going straight to the Aptio setup utility screen.  I have gone thru everything, not really knowing what I am doing just trying to get past the Bee-Link logo and back onto my computer.

What do I need to do?

how already said the problem in my case isn't really with the SW or the settings, but with the defective HW.

If you suspect a hardware problem, you can ask the seller for replacement or return
