MIC Jack Doesn't work

Hello
I recently purchased a GTR Pro 3550H Version, I'm satisfied so far but the rear MIC jack (Game Hi Fi sound section) doesn't work.
I tried both CTIA and OMTP standards with no success.
Headphones jack works perfectly though.
Any suggestion?
Is the jack usable as 'line in' jack as well?
