First try removing the power supply plug from the box for a couple minutes and then plug in again.
IF that doesn't work then some questions ..
1) did you just do a box update ? IF so then you might have to try a full reset
2) Was there any chance of a power outage while doing any update?
3) Did you just install any new apps? IF so again might need a full reset...
4) Did you just connect it to a new TV ... might be TV is not switching to proper resolution as box boots up.
Also if possible, try it on another TV and see what happens.
