U57 DIY guide: fix the fan noise issue

To all friends out there who are unhappy with U57's screaming fan noise:
I have a late Christmas present for all DIY fans out there!

This completely ONCE AND FOR ALL solves the annoying U57 "hair-dryer like" fan noise!!
I've tried to contact Beelinks support a couple of times and offered help in solving the root-cause - which is the embedded "ENE KB930" controller - but never got any real reply.

So I've decided to create a step-by-step guide for adding a programmable fan-controller board.
With approx. 3$ / 3€ invest and a bit of fun DIY time you can fix the problem yourself :-)

Take a look at the attachements - splited into 2 parts because of file-size limitations.

However I still hope that Beelink's engineers will fix this issue in by firmware in the future.

Can anyone share a few words about experience with the modification?
I'm wondering how it's working on your side.
For me it's still working fine, I'm pretty happy now :)

I managed to install the panel yesterday and then calibrated it just like you.
Congratulations very well without your sound sounding for hours.
My partner was disturbed by the noise when I used it on TV, but last night I didn’t even notice it was working.
Thanks again for your work was very helpful to me.

Hello friends, I bought a used U57, it came without ram and ssd m2 2280 nvme. Turns on and off without image.
I installed dr3l 1.35v 1600., but without image hdmi1 or hdmi 2., when I turn on the start fan, but on the second it turns off.
where to download bios and reinstall bios. Anyone have an idea, including where to buy the cable for ssd;., FPC HDD cable sata-12p
