G’day! I’ve made sure that the app I’m using (Tivimate) is allowed to switch to PIP (Settings-Apps & Notifications-Advanced-Special App Access-Picture-in-Picture) but when selected in the app it will not. My other box switches with no issues. It would be nice to be able to multitask. Am I missing something here? TIA

I should also point out th X8 at was using Alvatech’s ROM. I’ve just now flashed back to Bee-links latest 914P0_wol which does not have any of those setting I mention earlier - I guess because this is not an ATV ROM. But I would have thought it should still go into PiP mode but it does not.

Hi, I tried to activate the PiP (picture in picture), for example with VLC player the MX player, but it doesn't work, no option appears to activate it, even if it is active in the settings.
The PiP doesn't work with any app. Not supported by this box? Is there any way to activate it on android?
Since i was bored during pandemic lockdown, i decided to play around with upgrading my old X96 Mini box to
a stock Android 9 pie... took a few tries but was successful.
NOW heres the IMPORTANT thing .... i tried all my apps that are supposed to support PIP or Multi Window iptv and ALL of them worked perfectly !
On my Gt-King ( V 915_wol ) i can get 2 channels side by side BUT NO audio from either one until i click on one of them and allow it to go full screen. When i hit back button then i have 2 side by side again and audio disappears.
CONCLUSION: Finally 100% proof that "something" is done wrong OR missing in the BeeLink firmware.
