FINGERPRINT SENSOR PROBLEM

This problem still exists in June 2023 on the Beelink 6900HX GTR which shipped with Windows 11.

Mine intermittently works and I can't see any regularity in when it will work or not. Reboot, power down and up, sleep and wake... nothing consistently works or fails, though mostly it fails.

I have given up all hope of ever using the fingerprint hardware in my GTR5.  It might as well not exist.

Same - pretty pointless, I've had the GTR6 from day one and the scanner works when it wants. I gave up caring months ago.

Hi gtr5_user,

I'm using my GTR5 since purchase last July -- never had an issue with it. I even updated to the latest version available on the Support section. It works very well for me.

I have had issues when using Ubuntu (Zorin). I managed to fix few issues but it was still working on/off last time I tried.
