Issues after OTA update

Hi,

Do you have any plans to fix everything that has gone wrong with the box after the last OTA update? this was a great box until the last update, now it wont turn off, it freezes for about 10 seconds at random times on all apps, it also reboots randomly.

Just when I thought I found a box with no apparent issues, you ruined it with this OTA update.

Please fix this via OTA or at least provide me with a detailed tutorial on how to go back to a working version of the software.
