No audio from Jack output

Hi all,

I have just received my GT King pro and I have no audio from the jack output. I have tried with different headphone.
The sounds from HDMI is OK.

Do you have any idea?

I've tried to start from corelec and it's same.
But here I can change the Audio output device to ALSA: Default(AML-AUGESOUND Analog), PCM. After that the sound is Ok from the jack output (and no sound from HDMI).

Need help to use my jack output on Android please!

Same problem with coreElec but I can change here the Audio output and I can use the Jack output.
Please I need help to use my Jack output from Android !

What is your SN code and what is the current firmware version
Have you changed your sound settings? In the sound setting, the headset and HDMI are separated, you need to choose by yourself
