Hard Reset

Hi

Anyone know how to do a hard reset on the GT KING PRO. My device is powering on but no output and i want to try a hard reset.

What do you mean by saying that there is no output? Is there no display signal?

Hi

Yes that's correct. The blue power light is on but there is no display signal, also the USB ports are not working and no signal from the network port. The device was working fine then just stopped.
