GT-King will not shut down

My GT-King s/n S89XHQDG50106 received the latest update and after it rebooted i tried to power off but it keeps reebooting and will not power off, also my wifi will not work any more. Please help. The build number is 912po_vol.

Do you mean it keeps stuck on the interface that restarts after the update? Is it right now?

No it will not do a power off, when you click on the power off button it reeboots, also my wifi will not connect to my internet wifi was working before the update and so was power off.

Is your power button option to shut down? In driod setting>powerkey definition
Does your wifi failing connection happen recently?
Is it caused by some operations, such as firmware update,
Is it unable to open the WiFi selection, or can't search for wifi, or can't connect after searching?
