Mouse problem

Hi, I use the gtking with bluetooth mouse/keyboard.
It worked perfectly  for months. But months ago some problems started: mouse doesn't respond, cursor freeze, moves jumping, mouse click has no effect, end so.
Sometimes works, sometimes works for a couple of minutes, sometimes has so many problems than I shutdown gtking and stop...

Obviously I tried with more mouses, all of them works on my pc but have they don't on gtking as  I said.
Any ideas?

my device is updated with lates OTA firmware

sorry, the problem is not the remote controller included, but a generic mouse/keyboard wireless/bluetooth.
I used these for months, logitech mouse, wireless keyboard/pad.
But I can't do anymore test because device is bricked (I created a new thread).

Are your wired mouse and keyboard working properly?

Is this situation caused by some operation? Such as firmware update

Yes they are, mouse and keyboard work properly with other stuff (pc, smart tv, ...)
I don't know when problem started, probably after a firmware update, but I don't know which one, months ago.
Sometimes it did work and sometime didn't, and I thought the cause was the mouse (that was an old mouse). So I replaced with a new mouse, but problem was the same. I done one or two firmware update , hoping in solution. May be errors started third firmware version before last.

Hi, restored gtking, mouse problem included.

I tried to pair the remote control many times today, but after the led blinking stops, nothing happend on gtking if I use press any button.

Also I inserted the bluetooth dongle of a Trust mouse, but cursor jerks, button click often missing,...
same mouse I'm using now with pc while for writing this post

Last two days I used a bluetooth speaker without problems.
If I connect a usb cabled mouse, it has usual problems: pointer sometime moves too slowly or stops then jumps, misses some button clicks. But it's still usable (even frustrating).
Usb wireless mouse or usb wireless keyboard connected  to usb 2 or usb 3 port has those errors but continually (very annoying).

p.s. last weekend I installed a new firmware published via OTA
