For SB9X version you have, the last firmware is 911P0. Try to update with usb method or sdcard method as describes above.

I prefer via OTA. Lost one gt ultimate with the usb method. So i will wait to do it via OTA.

I search everywhere but I can no longer find it. This is the only version that was stable for my box.

Exactly why i put mine in the bedroom as just a media player.
Main box is now Nvidia Shield pro.... they still release updates for units made in 2015 !!!
And yess the shields have their own set of " quirks " once in awhile, but there are many great support forums where you can usually find how to solve any problems.

A lesson Beelink should learn, BUT i doubt they ever will
