My Bt7 is very slow, to the point of being unusable. I noticed that CPU never goes above about 400 Mhz, even during "load".
I suspected that it was overheating, especially that I didn't hear the fan noise. So I disassembled it and indeed the fan is not spinning.
However, I'm not sure the fan is the only issue, since the heat sink is not too hot, and even when located directly under A/C cooling the PC is too slow to be used.
The bee-link Support is non existent. I didn't get ANY response from bee-link service! Anybody has any ideas?
