My GT1 ultimate dead after update ...

My GT1 Ultimate 32G not working anymore… it seems total dead

No video hdmi signal, the led power sometimes lights up and another times not lights. It stay dead after an oficial update (may I did install the wrong update)

Win10 don´t recognize the box

I wanna know if there is any solution to me do here (I´m in Brazil)
