X45 restart issue to re-install issue

Brought a new X45, set it up and started doing Windows updates

First lot went on ok, but after the feature update 1909 (?) the machine kept restarting before telling me there was an issue. Using advanced options I tried a repair start-up, didn't work same result wouldn't boot. Tried a rollback to a restore point, no joy. Finally tired a re-set, machine told me something went wrong with that !!

Advised by the seller to seek guidance about reinstalling Windows from the Forum, found this thread http://bee-link.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=68517&extra=page%3D1 and did a lot of downloading
Unziped the downloads to a clean flash drive and set about trying to re-install Windows 10, 5-6 time over same error message

If you try to re-install multiple times and this still happens, it may be that the system files in your U disk are missing. You can try to download the files again to decompress and install the system.
