SSL network handshake failure wifi , please help

hi all
i have new GT KING Box

after i connect to wifi, even connected but cant connect to internet , it show me message " SSL network handshake failure "

even ethernet cable disconnected, & i tried factory reset & network reset both but problem not fixed,

the firmware installed is 13/05 official come installed .

Please help urgent & thanks

It happened with me and I rebooted and it was fixed.

fixed by connecting to hotspot wifi first, then back to router wifi when connected to internet, & fixed,
