Strange problems with files access and permissions

Hello guys!!! I have the following problems.

1) I am trying to setup Droidmote app (server and client) in my Beelink GT King Pro.
The problem is that when i am trying to select a file from a folder from my Beleink Box hard disk (is an xml file), the app closed.
This happens and with other apps. I dont know if you understand what i am trying to say (dont know good english).
For example when i am composing an email, and i want to attach a file, when i press the attach file button, app is closing. The same happen and with other apps when i am trying to select a file from my beelink box disk.
Why this happens? Any way to fix that?

2) When an app asks to grant persmission (any permision), when i switch to on, app is closing and i must open it again. But the access is granted. Is this a normal behaviour?

To avoid all of these problems i was thinking to update to alvatech rom. Does anyone believe that the update will fix these strange problems or to try to restore to defaults?
Plz help me.

Maybe you should re-flash the official firmware image again and try the do the same.

Hopefully it should work fine.

Just tried factory reset but no luck

Well, yesterday i installed the alvatech rom and all are working like a charm, except the problem with the permissions.
To be honestly i don't know if this is a normal behaviour of android or a bug.
When an app asks for grant permission (any permision) and i am turning the switch to "on" for example, the app closes, but when i re-open the app, access was granted. Is this normal?

I hope we get an answer on this. I am having the same permissions issue.

I think this is a common problem on TV Box android OS, I faced the same thing. I try to press on toggle but it is stuck and wont move. After I restart the device then it is granted.

Mostly likely it is OS UI issue and I have similar issue on a different device then beelink.
