Microphone problem

Hi.
I cannot use the microphone jack.
Windows doesn't detect any sound. The driver seems installed correctly as Intel SST Audio.
When I, for example, use skype (or audio recorder) the mic icon appear on the sys tray but no sound is audible or used.

Do you experience the same problem?

Yes. My headset mic allows me to hear perfectly but the mic does not work. Any suggestions or has anyone answered your query??

There are 2 types of 3.5mm jack connectors.

I think support team can explain the difference between those two.

Headphone jack can support US standard CTIA

Hi can you please backup the audio driver using double driver? I lost that driver and lost audio on 3.5mm jack.
