Error to view programm

I bought a Android TV box BEELINK GT1 on Amazon site the 2018/07/31

On application MyCanal, it’s impossible to view  some programms (OCS, SFR) i have an error message

“Impossible de décoder la vidéo

Audio track init failed : 0

Config (48000, 252, 20480)”

We tested the software, but it did not work properly because the software did not adapt to our product.
