Slow PC Beelink T45 Mini PC 8GB RAM 256GB

Hi.

I purchased  Beelink T45 Mini PC 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Windows 10 Computer Intel Pentium J4205the . The computer I purchased is so slow it freezes all the time. I would have expected a better performance. There is only Microsoft office loaded on it. Reviews of the product suggest it should perform better and as it is at the moment I can't really use it. Can you please advise what to do.

Can you provide some details of the System load using task manager and switch tab to perfomance and share the screenshot as show in this picture.


Also Filter processes list with CPU load and Ram load from processes tab like show in the below picture.


Please share the pictures so We can see whats taking so much load.

It can be seen from the figure that no program takes up too many resources, you can try to run the software and then check whether the program occupancy rate is normal.

it is so unreliable where it freezes, the mouse staggers over the screen and at times i get a blue screen saying , "the PC has encountered a problem and will restart."

i am not sure what to do , this is hardly normal i would say?

Hello Dear.
Usually there are some system processes running in the background by default, if they are taking too many resources, you can try to end them manually
