malfunctioning remote

Hello,

just bought the GT King and it is really good. But suddenly the remote power button stopped working and I can't power off the GT King anymore.
I have to unplug it from the socket to power it off as the remote won't let me do it.
How can I fix this ?

Hello, is the power button not working? It was suddenly unavailable, can it be used normally before? Hello, the batteries are new . Remote was working well the first 6 days, now the power button stopped working.
Which is the after sale email address ?
