Aftermark remote with built in mic does not work.

I purchased the Auvipal G9 pro with the voice feature to use on the GT king Pro. Everything works except the microphone. When the voice button is selected it opens up google assistant.
But when speaking into the remote the mic does pic up any sound. I Tried the remote on my older tv box and the mic works fine.  Has anyone else had
a similar problem when using aftermarket remote's ? Is there a fix to the mic issue?

Can the original voice remote control work properly? If the original remote control can be used normally, it may be caused by the mismatch of the remote control. If the original remote control is also not available, please provide the SN code for us to test and use.

The original voice control remote doesn't work. The latest upgrade on 14.03.20 didn't resolve the problem
