Sea I (32 GB, UK) Firmware Upgrade, and Key Required

Dear All

I bought up Sea I (32 GB, UK) Box which came with Firmware Version 1.

I am having lot issue where its keeps disconnecting from the network, and even freezing most of the time.

OTA is NOT giving me the latest update which is i beleve is version 4 0r 5.

Can anyone please the latest firmware, and key to Upgrade along side instruction?
