The box arrived with a remote I could not get to work, it was jumping and freezing and unusable. I returned the remote to the vendor and the new one they sent as a replacement worked perfectly. Then you sent a box update and the remote starting acting like the first one I returned. Also I can't get the bluethooth to work it finds devices but will not pair with them or connect. Its the boxs bug as I tested the same devices on other devices and they paired in 5 seconds. Please send a fix for this.
