No there is not....all modded roms are also 32 bit

It is so hard to believe that there’s still 32bit hardware in 2020!!!

Does it exist Android TV Boxes with 64bit OS?

There's no requirement since the only Android streaming boxes that I've seen has no more than 4GB of memory, otherwise 64-bit would be necessary. Also since these designed for streaming, we don't care about the extra security that the 64-bit offers, nor speed advantages like using encryptions. :)

Kodi is covering all bases, because technology is improving quickly now.

Ones that using it are the ones who under the poor notion that 64bit is the holy grail.  :P
