problem with ethernet port mini mx3

need help!! just got my mini mx3 and the ethernet port is not working. Tried to update from this link http://www.bee-link.com/Beelink-254-1-1.html but it showed
my device already in latest update. here is my device information:

Mini Mx3(not mx3 2).
android version:6.0.1
kernel version: 3.14.29 ly@ubuntu #4 Mon Sep 19 16:44:57 CST 2016
Build Number:MINI MXIII_104M0

i would dare to do any flash because i just got it a few days ago and if it just the firmware problem it would be a great help but if it is the hardware problem
i want to return to change the unit

is there any patch for the android 6.0.1 because mine is not android lolipop and i dont want to take risk flash the rom because i just got the box and if it is hardware problem i would consider to return for replacement unit

but inside it MINI MXIII-II (ANDROID 6)

just do factory reset...

ya thanks for mentioning it...i just look properly on the build number carefully and its MINI MXIII-II_104M0. Does this model Also part of beelink product?or it just another counterfeit product?

press and hold reset button and plug in power supply until android logo pop up and release

already done the hard reset method..still having the same problem..but i did not try OTA update after the hard reset.
