Upgrading my GT1 Ultimate - puzzled!

Hello everyone,
I wanted to check if there is an upgarde (firmware / software) to my GT1 Ultimate and was overwhelmed from the threads with bricked devices and problems, so better safe than sorry.

My device info:
GT1 Ultimate
Android version: 7.1.2
Kernel: 3.14.29
Build: 709N0
S/N A3DEGBKG40035 32G

Is there an update link for firmware / Android to the device above?
What is the prefered procedure for it?
