Bluetooth Issues

Hi All,

I purchased a GT-King Pro recently, and have been unableto solve an issue with BlueTooth range. I've tried with multiple differentBluetooth headphones, and the Bluetooth stutters and loses connectionconstantly. The range is only about 1 meter and even less than that it cuts outsometimes.

I have removed all other devices around it and it hasn'tmade any difference. I also tried moving it to a different location (extendingit to the middle of the room) and it still made no difference.

I bought this to replace a SkyStream III and never had anissue with Bluetooth on it.

Is it a bug in the GT-King Pro or do I have a faultyunit? Is there an OTG adapter or antenna extender I could use instead?

I also meet this issue. I try Samsung Buds and JBL pluse4. When distance is over 2 meters, the sound will occur interrupted.

Hello, I would like to ask if this happens to all Bluetooth devices? Or is there only a specific meeting?

Does this problem occur after some operations? Such as firmware update

I have these two blue tooth products. So that I can exam only them. I have tried under 912P0 andriod and CoreElec. It is occurred under I was watching movie. When distance in 1 meter, the sound become normal.

When the sound is interrupted, will the Bluetooth connection also be interrupted?
could you try to unplug the receiver of the remote control and connect to Bluetooth again, will this problem still occur?
