Is it possible to set this device in the BIOS to turn itself on after the arrival of electricity?

I want to set it to turn on itself but I can't find this option in the BIOS ?

You can find this option in the BIOS, select boot-Power on type, select Auto power on, press F4 to save and exit.

It doesnt work in bios ver 2.01
