Windows 10 May update (1903) fails

Hi all,
I have the X55 running Windows 10 (16/9/2018 update 1803).
When I try to update to the May 2019 update it always fails:
I can download the update
I run it and the PC boots.
It goes up to 31% and boots again
Then it goes up to 68% and the screen becomes dark.

After a minute or so, the PC boots and Windows auto recovers.

I tried disabling the AntiVirus software but it didn't help.

Anyone has a suggestion?

I install new Windows directly. But you lose all the data.

Hello, how have you installed th new windows? and did you have to input the activation key?

Install through USB drive. No need activation key since it is already pre-activated. If you failed to activate, contact Beelink Support for help. They will give you the key.
