I am getting really annoying mouse lag with this box. I have an older mxiii box and there is no mouse lag. Using same mouse on the gt1 mini there is noticeable lag when moving the mouse. Is this a firmware issue? or is there any other way to fix this?
Hello, we did not find this problem in the test. What mouse are you using? Bluetooth or wireless or wired? You can check if your firmware version is the latest version. If it is not the latest version, you can try to update to the latest version to see if this problem still exists.
I was using a usb Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard combo. I did try some other mice and they had the same problem. However since I've switched to the G700s the lag has seemed to have disappeared. Anyways for the mouse lag it is all good now.
