Hi,

I recently bought the GT King and although quite powerful, the GUI is not as good as the Minix Neo.

Anyway, the top left hand icons seem to be stuck. I cannot scroll down to see notifications.

is this how it is on the GT King? If so, it sucks. I had so much hope for this device, but so far it has let me down on the GUI side wih very limited settings.

Does anyone know how I can get those icons to scroll down just like on an Android phone?
Thanks.

Hey Beelink Support. What are doing? Do you actually care about your customers?
Fix this rubbish GUI. I'll give you a hint. Look at Minix Neo's GUI. It is far superior than any other Android box (excluding Nvidia Shield).
GET IT SORTED!!!

It's fixed now on a new update in October 2019. It seems these fools are listening to their customers (maybe).

Here is how to update firmware:
Go to Settings, System, About device, Wireless update

The GUI is still shit though. Learn from Minix.

Fix this rubbish GUI ...

Sorry, what icon do you mean? Have you tried to upgrade the firmware to the latest version? Our new UI is in design and will be launched later

Wow, it's a miracle that Beelink finally contacted me.

Its ok now as I already mentioned, you guys have fixed the top menu icons that were fixed when you should be able to scroll down to see the notifications. Whoever decided to keep those notification icons fixed should be sacked from your company as that is one of the most important features in the Android software. How else can we see notifications and edit them, etc.
Anyway, like I said I am glad you fixed it in the October 2019 firmware.

Yes, please, please update your GUI as it is so boring looking. I did say before to look at how Miniz Neo have created theirs as that looks really nice. You could do something like that and much more. Believe me, your GT King will be ahead of Nvidia Shield if you update the GUI. I have a few suggestions if you like to hear them as I have been using Android TV boxes for many, many years and I used to be a software tester.
Another issue you have is that whenever I try to click on a button using your air mouse or my own wireless mouse, it does not click properly and I have to click that button several times for it to activate it. And also, why did you remove the play/pause button from your the remote? I know you replaced it with an air mouse icon, but you could have quite easily kept it on the right hand side. Seriously, whoever is designing this software and hardware should be sacked. You should talk to us users first for suggestions before going ahead with a final design. You need to listen to your customer or else your company may fail. Thanks.
