Hi,

I tried the OTA update, but after it downloaded It displayed message that the package has error and need to re-install...I have done this many times now and still could not update the firmware.  My model DDR4(S/N: B922X,

Any fix please for OTA wireless update ???!!!

Good morning
I got this device today. (build 902)
As soon as I try to set up my Google Account crashes and goes into black screen. It reappears after 2 minutes with the signal "The LightHome app keeps stopping" (also Google Play Store & Play Seervices)
I just upgraded to 906, but no change.

Is it a faulty product??

First try a factory reset...
If nothing happens , try reflash the stock firmware via usb method according to your tv box serial number!

Regarding this issue, we have not detected it yet. You can try to restore the factory settings, clear all the data, and then try the wireless upgrade.

Some important bugs detected at most recent 906PO firmware:  

- Now I can't see any AC WiFi connections (5gHz) anymore

- Now I can't choose some of new "Display/Screen resolution" settings ("Auto switch to best resolution", "Color depth settings" and "Color space settings")

- I didn't find any configuration option about Auto Frame Rate

- Is not possible scroll up and down web sites using the mouse pointer (tested at Opera and Chrome)

- Is not possible select and copy text at web sites (tested at Opera and Chrome)

- Is not possible "open at a new tab" (tested at Opera and Chrome)

Did you experimented the same?

Beelink, did you noticed that? Are you going to fix it suddenly?

I cannot get the GT King to show up on my Desktop WIN 10 PC with USB Burning tool _v2.1.6.8 even though I have used this burning tool before on other brand boxes to update firmware with success. I even plugged the powerpoint in & I used toothpick & USB male to male method in USB 3.0 slot & USB 2.0 sot. I even tried all these things on my Laptop PC & still same result. Nothing. Can u do this firmware update with the box plugged into your TV with GT King on with Toothpick method or must it be USB Burning Tool?

I don't get this OTA on System Updates. My firmware is still on 905PO. Tried OTA but the box say it has the latest version? Why?

My box is the B922X serial number

If you don't detect the update, you can try to upgrade locally using the SD card update method.
