Problems with games instalation

Hi All,

This is my first post so hello everyone ;)

Could you please advise about the following:
- when I run Asphalt 8 - the game stops on the first page and downloading full game doesn't go forward -  it shows 20% and nothing more
- when I run EA Sports UFC - the game dowloads some data and goes to the page where I need to choose whether I want to log in via Facebook or without login - unfortunatelu when I want to press some buttons - both don't work - the same problem is with Call of duty Mobile
- When I run eFootball Pes 2020 - a black screen appears and nothing more.

Are you able to help me with that issue?

We have pushed the 906P0 version of the wireless upgrade for GT-ing, you can try to update to this version and see if this problem still exists.

Thank you for the reply.
I have already updated my GT and unfortunately there is still the same problem.
Maybe I should change some settings or clean up some files? but I don't know which..

Are you able to give me some hint?

Hi,
I have resolved 1st problem - the asphalt didn't download because I was connected to Internet via cable and when I have connected via Wi-Fi the game fully downloaded.
However there is still problem with UFC and PES 2020 games - do you have a possibility to instal these games and try to open?
