GT King suddenly not recognizing Gamesir 4GS after months of play D. Trigger2r

My apologies to GT KIng Pro owners, yesterday, I inadvertantly posted my issue on your forum.

Purchased the GT King this past June and after finally getting the much needed latest firmware updates, I was mildly pleased with the product.
Since June, I have been playing Madfinger's Dead Trigger 2 with it and two days ago, I turned on the box and the Gamesir 4Gs controller was not being recognized.
The R8ii i8 controller using a dongle works on the GT King.

I also tried all of the three USB ports with the Gamesir 4Gs but still no good.

Curiously, the three USB ports all work with the other remotes (R8ii i8/GT King Remote) no problem


I tested the Gamesir 4Gs with Dead Trigger 2 on my RKM 39 and my Quintaix, it worked fine.
Then I decided to reset the GT King hoping it would resolve this issue.
Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem.
I've run our of ideas, any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Have you updated the new firmware with a wireless upgrade? Probably because the new firmware is incompatible, we are testing to tweak this issue and will optimize compatibility in the next release.

I always use an Ethernet connection when connecting to the Internet but I'm not sure if that's what you meant by using a "Wireless Connection" to upgrade the firmware. It shouldn't make a difference which method is used. Please let me know when the firmware upgrade is out for release.

I  want to take this opportunity to commend the Bee-Link support staff for the prompt fix on the firmware.
You have restored my faith in your product with the fix regarding the GameSir G4S issue.
Just an advice, when you guys put out a new product try just a little harder to not have to initially run so many firmware upgrades. No doubt, you have a good product but when you have to provide so many updates at the outset of a new product, it could disillusion new users. Yoru ability to provide a OTA makes your GT King an excellent and very competitive TV Box. Thank you for the great support. :)
