GT King Pro suddenly not recognizing Gamesir 4Gs

Purchased the GT King Pro back this past June and after finally getting the much needed latest firmware updates, I was mildly pleased with the product.
Since June, I have been playing Madfinger's Dead Trigger 2 with it and two days ago, I turned on the box and the Gamesir 4Gs controller was not being recognized.
The RII controller using a dongle works on the GT King Pro also I tried all of the three ports with the Gamesir 4Gs but still no good.
I tested the Gamesir 4Gs with Dead Trigger 2 on my RKM 39 and it worked fine.

So I decided to reset the GT King Pro hoping it would resolve this issue.
Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem.
I've run our of ideas, any suggestions?

This was announced last month and you purchased it in June?

I apologize I posted this issue for the wrong product, I have the GT King not the GT King Pro.
Hopefully, the GT King Pro you have will be free of "issues"

Hey How do you like the GT King Pro? I really was excited about have an Android 9 PIE just to see if the performance was significant to my RKM 3990 Rockchip processor or to my Qintaix S912.
Honestly, I don't see a difference between GT King and my RKM but what do I know.
I just use my boxes for gaming ,my preference are boxes that are rooted, is the GT King Pro rooted?
Lastly, do you notice a difference in performance?
Enjoy the GT King Pro as long as it's working it's a decent box.
