This is my first experience with Beelink I have to say I am not entirely happy with the GT King or Beelink's tech support.  I received my Beelink one week ago (October 4th) I  loved the way it worked right out of the box, however, It says it's 5.1 capable and yet It doesn't play through my soundbar (Also 5.1) I sent an email requesting help and have not heard back.  TODAY Oct 10th, I was trying to see the Apps on my Beelink and I get a message "Lighthouse Keeps Stopping" with NO INFORMATION on how to correct this.  I really want to like this Beelink GT King, apparently, it doesn't want me to and Beelink hasn't responded.  :(
I am afraid this will be an Amazon return if I can't get help

Sorry for the bad experience, can you check the version used by the firmware? Please update the firmware to the latest version to see if the issue persists

If your serial code supports 910P0 firmware, please go to the first link to download, you can check whether your SN code meets the requirements of the first link. If it is not supported, please go to the second link.

I just want to follow up on this as a warning to anyone reading this.  If you don't own a PC, if your computer is a MAC, DO NOT BUY THIS BOX.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE.  That is unless you have a friend who owns a PC.  

I do.  We followed the instructions (Poorly written) and tried TWICE.  The box would recognize that a USB was plugged in, but not the firmware update.  

So there are still issues with the box.  It is officially 1 year old, and will make an interesting paperweight when I switch to Nvidia.

I'll give you credit for trying,  But the issues were never corrected.

Can you offer you sn code as well as the photo of About page?  
Please take a photo for me(Home-->TvSettings-->Device preferences-->About). The photo should include the firmware version info.

We have released the latest firmware  GTKING_914P0_wol.img, which has solved the problems related to audio effect.   But this firmware is only directed to the board that can support network awake.   
The enterance for wireless update is:  
Settings--->System--->System update --->Check update.
