X55 ssd update

Hello I would like to ask if I buy the X55 can I install a nvme ssd in the pcie slot which is under the m sata slot?

Nope. Both of them are labeled as msata here.

NO, I think the half-port under the msata is half-mini-pcie port for minipcie wifi or minipcie ssd.

I bought a half-msata ssd and plug in the port, nothing happened.

I have confirmed the half-port under the msata is mini-pcie, and I use a minipcie-to-nvme adapter successfully added a 2230 nvme ssd.

it works perfactly in Synology system.
