Unfortunately our boxes have a hard brick and I don't think that Beelink can help us for them the only way is to use the USB Burning Tool that doesn't work ...! :(

Beelink changed what I wrote earlier because he knows he is wrong. I repeat Beelink made a mess with these GtKing boxes by building different lots and different firmware putting them on the market. 110 Euro in the shit and can't even solve the problem to tell us how to wake up our boxes all to our damage. So I will never buy Beelink products again .. !!

I had the same problem..but fixed it by restarting the computer.  After restarting the computer it worked straight away.

I had the same issue, no thanks to the certain staff members of Beelink.....

My solution:

I soft bricked my box (could still boot to core-elec SD card but not boot to internal memory), and this method worked for me.

I spent ages trying to get the Gt-king detected by the USB tool, with no luck but then the first try of plugging the cables in together it worked straight away.
