GT KING keeps on rebooting

Hi Irecently bought the Beelink GT-King and I have a serious problem with it. Insome menu I pressed ‘automatic reboot’ or something to see what would happensince there is no manual. The system ran into a screen with chinese words whichI can’t stop. (see attachment) What I understand from it is that it will reboot5000! times! What kind of nonsense is this? How do I stop this?  Thefactory reset with the little pinhole on the back doesn’t work also. Nothinghappens! Hope to hear from you soon.

Please click on the bottom right corner to cancel the automatic restart, then return to the menu page to remove this software.

Thanks for your suggestion, I will propose to the boss to make an electronic version of the description, which will include some problems that the user can't solve.
