On Power Up only the RED light

After a couple of hours updating system powered down and no longer powers up .... just the red light.

Testing of the power supply indicates 12.2 dcv ... I have created a restore point but with no access little can be done.

I am assuming that the red button is functional but its a possibility its not contacting the actual electronic switch behind/under.

I have contacted support but my guess is it may have to be sent back. :'(

Yes you are correct ... I lost power possibly at a critical time.

However all good now thanks for your support you make great products. I owned and M18 but the vpn wouldn't load so the smaller Win 10 2/32 g model will be my next purchase when I need another box. :)

Beelink really needs to add a reset button.
One has failed at one of our offices. If there were a reset button, I could tell the staff to press it.
Instead, I have to ask them to send it to me just so I can open it up and disconnect the battery for a few seconds before sending it back to them.

Having the same problem on my device Beelink BT3 but it's still under warranty for a few more weeks.

Is it still under warranty if I attempt to do this task to fix it?

This recommended fix works! The real question is why does this happen in the first place? What event causes this issue? Can future lock ups be prevented? I had three units lock up within 10 days of each other. This does not appear to be a coincidence.
